You can barely see it here, but Carter has his first tooth. Santa brought it to him on Christmas morning and it's finally gotten to a point where I could snap a picture to share. Happy New Year!

I wouldn't say bad or good. He was cranky all week and not sleeping, then woke up on Christmas Eve just screaming all day long. But by Christmas he was feeling better. I didn't realize he was teething until Christmas Eve and I think that explained most of the week. But now I will know what to expect for the next tooth right? :)
Yep, you'll be better equip for the next tooth. Stock up on the baby Orajel and Tylenol!
Cutting teeth is not fun for baby or mom. Watch out for diaper rashes too. My kids will break out in a rash while teething. Boudreaux's Butt Paste is wonderful-inspite of it's name! You're lucky you got such a great pic of his first tooth. How cute!
