I can make all sorts of excuses for the three month hiatus from our beloved family blog. But really, I believe I can sum it all up with a bit of exciting news for our family.
Dille baby #4 will join our family at the end of the summer. Estimated due date, Sept. 3.
We do make the cutest babies and four seems like a great number.
Also, another truthful moment, I have never been so sick in my life for so long. Bring on the second trimester. I, and the rest of my family, could use their momma back.
In the meantime.
We celebrated the holidays in the sandbox. We hunkered down and survived the month of January and all of the surprises it brought with it. We had family pictures taken, had to document that I indeed did get all of my baby weight off before getting pregnant again. My mom got married the first of February and Owen and I traveled back to DC to be there. Lexie turned one the week later.
Mike and I are still crossfitting it up a couple times a week and I am now teaching 3-4 Boot Camp classes a week. Carter loves kindergarten and learning to read and write. Owen loves anything to do with sports that requires athletic attire. Lexie is starting to walk and loves to be where the boys are at all times. She loves to rip books off the shelf, knock down towers of blocks, take everything out of my makeup drawers, bang on the glass front door and wave at neighbors.
We may do the same thing over and over again some weeks, but truly there never is a dull moment in the Dille house.
